All-American Paintball Park Closed

This past week was the last time players could take advantage of All American Paintball Park’s great facilities, for the time being. As the Smart Parts proceedings continue, one may speculate as to how long until this field is back up and running. The All-American paintball park, is no longer taking private groups as of April 18th 2010. All future events have also been cancelled.  Officials are expected to make their public announcement very shortly.

The park featured 2 gorgeous outdoor fields, and 2 regulation size turfed xball fields indoors. We’re never excited to make these sorts of announcements and this is certainly a sad day for paintball. As you may remember, AAPP hosted the 2008 PSP North-East Open, with many great reviews from fans and players.

Sad news indeed. I reported on this one yesterday and went up to play the last day of paintball at my favorite indoor facility. AAPP will be missed in this area.

  3. learn english says:

it wasnt the mid atlantic open they hosted, it was neo wasnt it?

AAPP hosted the *2008 North East Open. Not the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Open. MAO has been at Paintball Central in Rock Hill, SC for the past few years.

Also, NEO 08 was one of the shittiest venues I have ever been to. Not to mention the fields were crap.

  5. NStoer says:

2008 NEO vendors might have been lacking but it’s been my favorite spot of all the locations. The divisional fields were kind of rough but they did what they could to fix, and it sucked with coaching on them, but the Pro/Semi-pro were awesome especially for spectators.

i terms of how nice the field itself was, nicest fields i have every played on….

maybe we will get lucky and KEE will buy smartparts just like they buy everything ells in paintballl

Smart Parts will come back. They have to, the guys that started that company up still own all the patents and are making money from that.

      • Anthony says:

they actually aren’t making $ off of them… PNC bank is (who called their loan early even though they never missed a payment) thanks to Obamas close relations to PNC’s CEO Jim Rohr and the great financial bailout that enabled PNC to buy National City Corp if they called their “risky” debt.

  7. The South African says:

Please someone, buy Smart PParts, first the Impulse, now this. Sad, sad day……

  8. Yasser_Hanbali says:

the only reason NEO was less than perfect was the fact that it rained for the whole event, even the turf fields were a mess. the event was fun none the less and rain and mud on a grass field is something that no one or company can control. i believe it was a great spot for an event and it would be okay in my book if another event had been hosted there.

  9. mike says:

never played there but i’ve known players from PA who always loved going there.
    I feel bad for them.

  10. Nick Cap says:

I cant believe this! I went up Friday to play the full field event and I was just in time to see them putting the closed sign on the door. Hour drive hyped to play paintball and to see that. :[ Someone please do something to get a field up and going or let me know where in southwestern PA there is anyway to offer the kind of professional play all american offered. AAPP was the only reason I really started to play paintball these last 3 or 4 months. Was there every week end for Public play. Sad sad day :[

I played at aapp all the time. I just went today to visit and didn’t know they were closed. I am very upset since I was going to play tomorow. They better reopen. There are no good other parks close to where I am. I am very disappointed. Anyone know of a place near the south hills good to play?
