CXBL and PSP have joined forces for their final events of the year. The CXBL has rescheduled their Richmond Cup to be held October 21st-24th, in Florida, at the same venue as the PSP World Cup. CXBL and PSP have always put down an amazing show for their final event, and this year, should be absolutely no exception. We are excited to see all the great Canadian teams, at World Cup. Wow! World cup even bigger!? Awesome!
this is a great idea for both leagues. keep it up psp
Hmm World Cup will be huge now. It will be cool to see both leagues there. World Cup will be the event to be at this year as usual.
So what if you play in both leagues?
then you will have alot of playing ahead of you
Now lets just hope cup is back at disney so it will actually feel like cup again.
Wow! Good stuff!! :) I am trying to plan my trip down to see/experience the WC. Can anyone confirm where WC is going to be? I think its back at Fantasy of Flight myself but who knows.
Another hopefull thing is webcast crew. :)
so it’s running side by side or is like a feeder series?
Think of it as 2 events in 1. Still separate leagues, and separate formats.
There will be a minimum of 5 dead Canadians due to the heat. Watch for it!
This would not be good. I don’t mind the heat, it’s the humidity that kills you.
Nah it won’t be an issue, every season so far we have had a cxbl event where the temp was 104 F and we have had no problems haha it always seems the American players have a hard time though when it get’s that hot up here.
should be interesting, original xball along side Race-to….
how are they going to schedule it so players that play both leagues can play all their matches?
sickkk real xball
Personally, I don’t think it’s a good idea. It’s pointless to make Canadian players fly down to the states to play the championships when we play our entire series in Canada! Why make us spend a whole lot more money to go down to World Cup and play when we have many perfectly good fields and venues to play it at up here.
