There were probably a lot less flying in practices than you think for the 7-man Arsenal team. This move would be interesting as it would require a whole revamp to how the teams are structured/organized to get legitimate practice in for a tough NXL league. Maybe this idea was proposed by Collin Laster who has had previous experience with the Dogs and is currently on Arsenal Evolution

Arsenal does have a farm team but what they do not have is a franchise in the PSP.
